– Attempting to meet a body composition goal by altering your diet. Nourishing your body with ENOUGH nutrient dense food is always important, but especially when you’re trying to get pregnant. If you’re malnourished in any vitamin or mineral, it’s possible that nutrient deficiency could prevent you from getting pregnant.
